THE NEW FACE OF CASA AMOR
Born in Padova, near Venice, the cradle of culinary innovation in Italy. Chef Zouhair has a passion for cooking and has managed to reinvent himself and innovate in Italian cuisine. His Moroccan heritage has also played a key role in his culinary journey.
After honing his skills in Michelin-starred Italian and Japanese establishments in Italy, Chef Zouhair opened the region’s first molecular restaurant. His style, combined with an interactive approach in the kitchen, creates an im- mersive and unforgettable culinary experience for his guests.
Chef Zouhair continued his culinary journey in France, where he found fertile ground to develop his culinary art. He was executive chef of the Loulou group.
What sets Chef Zouhair apart are his experiences of different cultures and his inspiration from his Italian and Moroccan roots, making his cuisine a bold fusion of flavours and cultures.
